Had a call from our CSC advising us of the PCI [Practical Completion Inspection] and Handover dates. Exciting but scary to think it isn't that far away. Our PCI will be on the 30th July, then handover on the 6th of August, if all goes well.
Called past the house on Tuesday and could see the electricians were there along with some other tradies. Didn't have time to go in so, will try another day.
Still in the process of organising flooring and concreting, the pressure is on now!!!

ReplyDeleteHi M and J, things have gone fairly smoothly since the brick delay and I think PCI won't be too strung out. Had a chance to go inside today and could already see that the issues we had, are being addressed.

Hi K and T, I'm happy with the tiles but my husband is not so sure. They look different in different lights. He thinks they look grey but to me they look brown. I'll hold my final judgement until they've been cleaned and I've lived with them for a while.
We have got a good start on post handover stuff so I'm not quite as panicked as I had been.
Hi R and C, I had to laugh when I read that you love our grey floor tiles. I'm sure it will make my husbands day, as we have had the discussion about them being brown or grey. The main thing is that they fit in with our other colour choices. I'm sure our wall tiles are the same as yours, at least you can't go too wrong with white.
Shouldn't have too many issues with PCI from what we can see, will find out soon enough.

Can understand that you'll all be pretty excited with the handover only weeks away, I look forward to seeing more. A Bev
